Ethical AI & Content Safety Standards
Our formal commitment to responsible AI software benchmarking, non-consensual imagery prevention, model consent verification, and consumer protection.
1. Strict Prohibition of Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)
AI Maestro Hub enforces an unconditional, zero-tolerance policy against software, applications, or platforms designed to produce Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), also commonly referred to as "deepfake nudity", "nudify apps", or "automated clothes erasers".
Any such tools previously reviewed or queried by search engines are subject to strict editorial re-evaluations, transparent consumer warning labels detailing legal and criminal liabilities, and the complete revocation of outgoing commercial links.
2. Permitted Generative & Adult AI Categories
To provide safe, legal, and ethical guidance to our adult audience (18+), AI Maestro Hub exclusively benchmarks tools that meet one or more of the following rigorous standards:
- Fictional Text-to-Image / Text-to-Video Studios: Platforms (e.g., Seduced AI, Promptchan) where imagery and scenes are generated strictly from text prompts, synthetic diffusion seeds, or licensed virtual character bases with no real-world third-party inputs.
- Consensual Virtual Companions: Fully simulated conversational agents (e.g., Candy.ai, Joi AI) utilizing synthetic avatars, artificial voice synthesis, and sandboxed memory.
- Licensed Creator Twins: Tools where any likeness or voice clone is created under verified contractual consent and digital rights ownership.
3. Legal & Regulatory Alignment
Our standards are designed in strict alignment with international safety frameworks:
- European Union: The EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Art. 6 & 9 regarding biometric data), and Dutch Criminal Code (Art. 139h Sr).
- United States: The Federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, DEFIANCE Act, and state-level right-of-publicity laws.
- United Kingdom: The Online Safety Act 2023 regarding non-consensual deepfakes.
- Global Merchant Policies: Visa, Mastercard, and top-tier acquiring banks' Acceptable Use Policies.
4. Transparent Notice-and-Takedown Protocol
AI Maestro Hub maintains an expedited Notice-and-Takedown mechanism for rights holders, regulatory bodies, and individuals. If you believe any software indexed or discussed on our platform violates consent standards, infringes copyright, or enables harm:
Desk: Editorial Compliance, AI Maestro Hub
SLA: All urgent compliance inquiries and takedown notices are reviewed within 24 business hours.
5. Consumer Education & Scam Prevention
When our editorial team evaluates highly queried terms related to unsafe technologies (such as user searches querying "is [Tool] safe"), our reviews serve an educational public service role. We explicitly inform users of the legal consequences, privacy leak risks, malware vectors, and subscription billing hazards associated with predatory services, while redirecting intent toward secure, legally certified creative software.
